SCHOOL FEES INFORMATION

August,15, 2011

Lunch - $39.00 per child per month unless you qualify for free or reduced lunch (see income schedule sent home with packet).  Payment due by the 10^th of the month served.  No fee for August .  You make nine payments - September through May.

Sustaining Fee - Since a $50.00 registration fee was already paid, the balance of $170.00 is due by October 1.  Set up a payment plan with the secretary or principal if paying the full amount by that date is a problem.

After School Care - 4:30 p.m. pickup is $4.00 each for the first 2 children, others are ½ the fee and 5:30 p.m. pickup is $5.00 each for the first 2 children, others are ½ the fee.  Child care payment is due upon receipt of statement.

There will not be additional fees for assignment books, Bibles for 5th graders or new students, or control paper.

PLEASE MAKE SEPARATE CHECKS FOR LUNCH PROGRAM, SPORTS ACTIVITIES, CHILD CARE PROGRAM AND SUSTAINING FEE.  THESE ARE EACH SEPARATE ACCOUNTS.  DO NOT SEND CASH TO SCHOOL.  If you plan to pay with cash, please pay directly to the office and ask for a receipt.

Dear Parents, Teachers, Staff and Students,

This letter is the annual notification to inform all concerned that St. Martin School has an Asbestos Management Plan in the school office, and it is available for review by appointment.

Our school has a periodic surveillance performed every June and December, and the diocese performs a re-inspection of our facilities every three years.  All the asbestos that creates an immediate health hazard has been either removed or contained to provide a safe environment for our students and staff members.
